Feta And Mint-Stuffed Chicken With Olives

1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

- In a medium bowl, combine the feta, mint, olives, bread crumbs, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
