As I most recently have a little time, I had been searching on the internet a few days ago. On the lookout for new, intriguing thoughts, inspirational dishes that I have never tasted before, to delight my family with. Looking for a while unfortunately couldn’t discover too many interesting stuff. Right before I thought to give up on it, I came across this delightful and simple treat by chance. It seemed so mouth-watering on its photos, that called for instant action.

I had been fine tuning the original formula create it for the taste of my family. I have to mention it had been a terrific success. Measure flour, eggs, butter and milk into a large bowl. Sprinkle yeast on top.
Knead the mixture until a soft dough forms.
Cover top with the lid or a plastic wrap and place in a warm spot until it doubles for about 45 minutes. Yeast feeds and reproduces best between 70°F / 21°C and 80°F / 26°C. If the house is too cold, turn on the oven for a couple of minutes and put the bowl in to let it rise there. Mind not to let the temperature rise above 100°F / 40°C!
Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to a 12″ / 35cm square.
Use a sieve to sprinkle cinnamon onto the squared dough. Spread agave or the sweetener of choice on the top of it. Optionally, put some raisins on top to give it a better taste.
Tightly roll the dough into a log.
Cut crosswise into 1″ / 2cm wide pieces. (Clean knife after each slice to make it easier to cut.) Place the pieces apart on the baking tray.
Cover and let them rise for another half an hour.
Brush the rolls with a beaten egg before placing them into the 350°F / 180°C oven.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes (depends on the oven) and take them out when they have a nice golden color.
