- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon floor thyme
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 giant egg, beaten
- 12 quail eggs or 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 cup milk
