Ingredients
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
3 ounces sugar free chocolate chopped
1/2 cup chocolate protein powder (Jay Robbs brand) or 2 scoops
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
1 tsp peppermint liquid stevia
2 cups ice
optional: sugar free mints crushed over the top
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend on high until thoroughly combined.
Taste and adjust sweetener if needed.
This recipes makes 32 ounces so each serving is 8 ounces.
Top with sugar free whipped cream
if desired and a sprinkle of crushed sugar free mints.

Net Carbs: 3g
If you”re not a fan of peppermint simply leave out the extract and use chocolate flavored stevia instead.
