Ingredients
1/4 cup bone broth
12 cups cabbage chopped or shredded (1 large head)
2 cups onions sliced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
optional crushed red chili peppers
optional crispy bacon to top
Instructions
Pour bone broth into the slow cooker then add all remaining ingredients. Stir to combine well.
Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or until tender to your liking.
QUICK TIP: Sub 24 ounces of pre shredded coleslaw mix to save time instead of chopping a head of cabbage.
