half cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
12 wonton wrappers
Vegetable oil, for frying
