Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries hulled, quartered or sliced
2 cups fresh blueberries
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 packets powdered stevia or 1/4 teaspoon
optional: fresh basil or mint leaves to garnish whipped cream, black pepper
Instructions
Add berries to a serving bowl.
Whisk balsamic vinegar and stevia together in a small bowl.
Pour over berries and toss gently to coat.
Add garnish if desired.
Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes or up to an hour before serving or refrigerate.
If refrigerated, toss again before serving.
