Asian-Inspired Tuna Salad: Adding Soy Sauce, Ginger, And Sesame

1 (12-ounce) can tuna, drained
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated contemporary ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
¼ cup diced pink onion
¼ cup diced celery
¼ cup diced cucumber
2 tablespoons chopped contemporary cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
For the dressing:
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp grated contemporary ginger
1/2 tsp Asian chili oil
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
Make the dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk collectively the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
Slowly whisk within the olive oil until emulsified.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Make the tuna salad:
1. Place the tuna in a big bowl, and flake with a fork.
2. Add the celery, onion, and grapes to the bowl.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil.
4. Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and stir to mix.
5. Serve the Tuna Salad Recipe salad on a mattress of lettuce, or use it to make sandwiches or wraps.

1. Drain the tuna, and flake it with a fork into a big bowl. Add the soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil, and stir to coat.
