• 1 pound floor sausage
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 giant onion, chopped
• 1 green bell pepper, chopped
• 1 pink bell pepper, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
• 1 (15 ounce) can tomato paste
• 1 cup water
• half cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Flatbread:
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup heat water
1 tablespoon olive oil

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté until soft.
3. Add ground sausage and cook dinner until browned.
4. Drain any extra fat.
5. Add tomato sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
6. Bring to a simmer and prepare dinner for 20-30 minutes, or till the sauce has thickened.

- Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
- Add the milk and oil and stir until simply mixed.
- Form the dough into a ball and place it on a lightly floured surface.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes till it’s smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough in half and roll each half right into a 12-inch circle.
- Place the dough circles on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes at four hundred levels Fahrenheit.
- Remove the flatbreads from the oven and allow them to cool.
To Assemble the Sloppy Joe Flatbread:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 levels C).
2. In a big skillet, brown sausage over medium heat; drain and put aside.
