Ingredients
2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup hemp seeds
1/2 pumpkin puree not pie filling
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla liquid stevia
pinch salt
Optional: Sugar Free Whipped Cream Dairy Free Whipped Cream and/or Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
Top with optional whipped cream or dairy free whipped cream and chocolate chips.
Enjoy or keep refrigerated until ready to serve. This could also be frozen in mason jars and thawed the night before you want them.

Net Carbs: 2.5 grams
***Please note that if you use canned coconut milk this will be very thick. I used a carton of coconut milk found in the refrigerated section of Walmart and the consistency was not thick.
