1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 droppers full vanilla or plain liquid stevia
1/4 cup water plus 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together.
Spray a 7 ounce ramekin with nonstick cooking spray.
Microwave for 2 minutes or bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until a toothpick in center comes out clean.
