Ingredients
8 ounces cooked Pork tenderloin
2 ounces fontina cheese sliced
4 gluten free buns
lettuce of choice
1 cup Basil Yogurt Spread
Instructions
Slice buns on a cutting board.
Use 1/4 cup yogurt spread for each sandwich and spread evenly onto each half.
Lay lettuce leaves on each bun half.
Lay 2 ounces of pork onto each bun.
Place 1/2 ounce of fontina cheese slices on top of pork.
