Low Carb Orange Creamsicles

Ingredients
12 ounces coconut milk canned
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp Sweetleaf Coconut Sweetdrops
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup orange juice fresh, or lemon
1 tsp orange zest
1 tsp orange extract or lemon
1/2 tsp Sweetleaf Valencia Orange liquid stevia
pinch salt
2-3 drops natural orange food coloring optional
Instructions
Place the first 3 ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Set aside.
Whisk the remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Taste and adjust sweetener if needed and add optional food coloring if desired.
Pour a .5 ounce of orange mixture into 8 popsicle molds. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Pour 1.5 ounces of coconut cream into each mold. Insert popsicle stick into molds. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Pour remaining orange mixture into molds and freeze for 3 hours.
When ready to serve, run hot water over molds for a couple of minutes or allow to sit on the counter to soften enough to remove easily. Enjoy!
