Almond Flour Cookies With Matcha For A Healthy Twist

Ingredients

• half cup granulated erythritol

• 1/4 cup coconut flour

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar till light and fluffy.

  6. Gradually add the dry elements to the wet ingredients, mixing until just mixed.
