2 cups cauliflower florets
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg beaten
1 egg white
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
