As I most recently have some time, I was searching on the web last week. Looking to find new, exciting thoughts, inspirational meals that I’ve never tested before, to treat my loved ones with. Looking for quite some time but could not discover too many interesting things. Just before I thought to give up on it, I discovered this fabulous and easy dessert by chance over Suncakemom. It looked so tempting
on its snapshot, it required immediate action.
It had been not so difficult to imagine just how it is made, its taste and how much my hubby might love it. Actually, it is quite simple to impress the man when it comes to puddings. Anyhow, I got into the website and simply used the detailed instuctions which were coupled with superb pics of the operation. It really makes life faster and easier. I can imagine that it’s a bit of a hassle to shoot photographs down the middle of cooking in the kitchen because you most often have gross hands so I sincerely appreciate the time and effort she put in to make this blogpost and recipe conveniently followed.
With that said I’m inspired presenting my own, personal dishes in the same way. Appreciate your the thought.
I was tweaking the initial mixture create it for the taste of my family. I can say that it was an incredible success. They loved the taste, the consistency and enjoyed having a treat such as this in the middle of a stressful week. They quite simply wanted more, more and more. So the next time I’m not going to commit the same miscalculation. I am likely to twin the amount to get them delighted.

Pour oil into a frying pan and heat it up
Place the sliced onion and salt in the pan and saute it on high heat until it gets a glassy / translucent look for about 3-5 minutes.
Turn the heat down and occasionally stirring start caramelize the onion until it gets a golden brown color.
Stir a crushed clove of Garlic and cook it until fragrant.
Mix the minced meat with the onion and stir fry it until all the pinkish color is gone and starts to brown. This takes about 10 – 15 minutes.
Cut up a cauliflower into pieces and slices then lay it on the bottom and sides of the baking tray. Also use the optional vegetables here.
Pour the stir-fried minced meat on top of the cauliflower bed.
Spread sour cream on top. If it seems too hard to pour add a bit of water but be careful as it gets runny quickly.
Optionally fill up some holes with the extra vegetables.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Place it into the oven on 350°F / 180°C oven.
When the vegetables get the desired texture and the cheese gets the golden brown color in about 30 – 40 minutes take it out of the oven and let it cool.
